Gem Air is a family-owned business out of Salmon, Idaho that has operated in the Mountain North West since 1982. We run a number of different operations, from back-country charter flights into the Frank Church and Selway-Bitterroot wilderness areas, to year-round flights between Boise and Salmon, to freight routes for UPS in Idaho, Utah, and Oregon. Our mission at Gem Air is to provide our customers with safe, reliable, and clean air service from a courteous and professional staff.

Note: We do not have an SIC program or hire SIC positions. We consider pilots with 1000+ hours total time and an MEL cert for our summer seasonal positions. Send applications in early January if interested in those positions. Please do not apply if you do not meet minimum qualifications.
